  • Defects in the setting of gemstones, such as loose or missing stones due to faulty craftsmanship.
  • Issues with the integrity of the metal, such as unexpected tarnishing or discoloration of 925 sterling silver or gold plating (beyond normal wear).
  • Faulty clasps, chains, or settings that break or fail under normal use.

This warranty ensures that if any of these issues arise within one year from the date of purchase, we’ll repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you, so you can continue to enjoy your jewelry worry-free.

What’s Not Covered
