Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, select your favorites, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, click “Checkout,” enter your details, and complete your payment. Easy!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us at jewelco@jewelco.co with your order number ASAP—usually within 24 hours of placing it.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders process in 1-3 business days (up to 5 during peak times). Delivery takes 5-10 business days in the US and 10-20 business days internationally, depending on your location.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is free worldwide.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at jewelco@jewelco.co.

Q: Where’s my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If it’s overdue, email us at jewelco@jewelco.co with your order number, and we’ll track it down.

Q: Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
A: Many of our pieces are made with materials like sterling silver or gold, which are gentler on sensitive skin. Check product descriptions for details, or ask us!

Q: What if my jewelry tarnishes?
A: We aim for quality, but wear and care matter. Store your pieces in a dry place and avoid water or chemicals. Contact us if you’re unhappy with your item.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Email jewelco@jewelco.co to start the process. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive your return, refunds process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
