1-Year Warranty – Protecting Your Jewelry
We take pride in the craftsmanship of every Jewelco piece, which is why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues like loose or missing gemstones, faulty clasps, or unexpected tarnishing of 925 sterling silver or gold plating due to craftsmanship errors.
- Craftsmanship Issues: Problems with the integrity of the metal or settings that fail under normal use.
If a covered issue arises within one year from the date of purchase, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or fading).
- Accidental damage, improper care, or third-party modifications.
- Loss or theft.
For extended coverage, consider our 5-Year Jewelry Protection Plan, starting at $19, which includes accidental damage and wear-and-tear repairs.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact us at jewelco@jewelco.co within one year of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Ship the item back using our prepaid shipping label (complimentary shipping is on us!).
- We’ll repair or replace the piece and return it to you at no cost if covered.
Care Tips: To maintain eligibility, store your jewelry properly, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap.
60-Day Return Policy – Shop with Confidence
We want you to love your Jewelco jewelry as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
What’s Eligible for Return:
- Items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Jewelry that hasn’t been customized (e.g., engraved pieces or custom designs are final sale unless defective).
- Purchases made directly from Jewelco (third-party purchases are not eligible).
What’s Not Eligible:
- Custom or engraved items (unless defective and covered under warranty).
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Returns after the 60-day window.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at jewelco@jewelco.co within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we’ll provide (complimentary shipping is on us!).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: While return shipping is free, the original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable. For international returns, customs fees or duties are the customer’s responsibility.
