We want you to love your Jewelco jewelry as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

What’s Eligible for Return:

Items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Jewelry that hasn’t been customized (e.g., engraved pieces or custom designs are final sale unless defective).

Purchases made directly from Jewelco (third-party purchases are not eligible).

What’s Not Eligible:

Custom or engraved items (unless defective and covered under warranty).

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Returns after the 60-day window.

How to Return an Item:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
